After the fall of Kabul and the shameful withdrawal from Afghanistan by the Biden-Harris regime, the violent Islamist-terrorists of the Taliban who conquered the country with stunning speed and efficiency turned to the western world with promises of a ‘new Taliban’ that would respect the rights of women, grant mercy to their former opponents and would seek legitimacy as a recognized, stable government in the community of nations.
What we received was instead a resurrection of the terrorist state of the early-2000s who have now threatened to dispatch a small army of suicide bombers to Washington, D.C. No, seriously… and Joe Biden doesn’t have a thing to say about it apparently.
The trouble came in December as talks with the terrorist state to resume relations stalled. The threat of some 2,000 “Fidayeen Mujahideen” or suicide bombers emerged in Doha, Qatar when a clearly frustrated Maulvi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, an UN-listed terrorist who is the Taliban’s Acting Defense Minister said that if the United States wants to post American troops at our embassy, (a globally recognized standard practice especially in less stable nations), then the Taliban wanted to put an equivalent number of their terrorists on Embassy Row at the Afghanistan Embassy in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
“If America wants 2,000 English [i.e., American] troops at its embassy in Afghanistan, we also want 2,000 Fidayeen Mujahideen [i.e., suicide bombers] from the Fateh Force at the embassy of Afghanistan in America,” a Dec. 11 tweet from Yaqoob read according to The Western Journal.
Taliban Jihadists On The Streets Of Washington, D.C.
This stunningly absurd idea would put some 2,000 jihadists less than 2 miles from the White House and about 3.5 miles from the Capitol Complex. This would pose a serious challenge for Joint Base Myer–Henderson Hall, home of the Military District of Washington to counter from Fr. McNair at the southern tip of Washington, the nearest garrison of the US Army’s 3rd Infantry Regiment that would be able to respond to an attack.
The Middle East Media Research Institute, or MEMRI, confirmed that “Fidayeen is another term used by jihadi groups for their suicide bombers.“‘Fateh Force,’ or ‘victorious force,’ is a ‘martyrdom force’ within the Badri 313 unit of the Islamic Emirate,” the group reported. “Badri 313 is named after the Ghazwa-e-Badr, the first Islamic battle led by Islam’s founder Muhammad in which 313 Muslims defeated thousands of non-Muslim tribesmen.”
With the Biden-Harris regime and the Obama administration before them both having a terrifying history of capitulation to Islamist states such as the Syrians under Bashir al Assad and Iran under President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, its difficult to anticipate whether this posturing by the Taliban will read as the empty ploy it is , or if the Mujahideen will be accepted as a legitimate embassy security force by the utterly feckless Biden White House.
