Breaking: Live Video DC Bomb Threat in REAL TIME- Updated

Breaking reports are flooding in that a man identified as Ray Roseberry, 49 has parked a bomb laden truck near the two Library of Congress buildings: the Jefferson and the Madison, and the Cannon House Office Building in Washington D.C. All three buildings have been evacuated and Facebook live videos of the alleged bomber have surfaced on Twitter. The man claims to have a toolbox filled with ammonium nitrate. Capital Police and DC Metro PD have shut down the surrounding blocks and cordoned off the area according to a Tweet at 6:43 AM. The situation has been ongoing for nearly four hours as of this report.

A Car Bomb In Front of The Cannon House Office Building

In the video, the man can be heard saying,

“People think it’s a joke but they cleared the block, and I called 911 three times. And they can get Joe Biden on here and talk. I’m not hurtin’ nobody Joe. I’m not pulling the trigger on this thing. I can’t. There’s no way for me to blow this up. Only you can by shooting a bullet through this window. You don’t want to do it Joe. I love this land.”

This would seem to contradict other reports that the bomber possesses a triggering mechanism in his hand as released by mainstream media.

According to the AP, police were trying to determine whether the device in the truck was an “operable explosive” and whether a man in the truck was “holding a detonator.” Snipers were being sent to the scene, according to reports.

“We’ve got a few options here Joe. You shoot me, at least 2 1/2 blocks is going with me. You talking about a revolution? The revolution is on. It’s here, it’s today. Told my wife I’d be home by Sunday and I’m looking for all my other patriots to come out and help me. Because I’ve got the standing, I’ve got the foundation built people. I’m here. They know I’m here. I”m the one that told them to clear the blocks.”

Pictures have emerged of the man throwing money from his vehicle as he claimed to have called 911 “three times” and is insisting he speak with Joe Biden.

-UPDATE-

According to Disclose.tv and The Independent Ray Roseberry has emerged from his vehicle and surrendered to police.

The Independent wrote, “Floyd Ray Roseberry, 49, from Grover in southern North Carolina, followed officers’ instructions, crawling away from the truck parked on the pavement outside the Library of Congress, ending the five-hour standoff.

His home in North Carolina is being searched by law enforcement, MSNBC reported. Roseberry appeared to have been acting alone. It’s unclear if he actually had an explosive device.”
