BREAKING: Brand New Footage Released

During the opening statement of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the jury and the American people were shown extremely revealing new aerial video footage from the FBI. We would later find out that the footage from a DoJ drone was leaked to Human Events’ Editor Jack Posobiec beforehand. The footage with thermal enhancement provides a unique top-down perspective on the pursuit of Rittenhouse by the rioters, demonstrating that he was cornered when he defended himself, shooting three men, killing two of them, and injuring the last. Rittenhouse’s defense presented this new video alongside journalists’ video from the ground in order to present a full record of the events to the court.

Jack Posobiec narrates the footage in his reveal,

“What you see on the drone footage that’s never before been seen, is that after Rosenbaum chases Kyle through that parking lot after the gunshot is fired behind Kyle’s back, Rosenbaum then pursues Kyle corners him behind those cars, lunges at him and lunges for the rifle in Kyle’s hands.”

“Kyle Rittenhouse was not the aggressor, and this footage proves it. The State of Wisconsin, the prosecutors in this case, have had this footage from day one. Why did they not release this? Why did they let the public and the media spin an insane story, a false narrative about what went down because we have the footage and you have had it the entire time,” Posobiec concluded according to The Post Millennial.

Footage Gives Irrefutable Proof Of Rittenhouse’s Clear Self-Defense

For those unfamiliar with the Rittenhouse case here is the timeline according to #Fightback entitled “Kyle Rittenhouse – The Truth In 11 Minutes” in combination with the FBI aerial footage, which as Posobiec notes the Kenosha County prosecutors have had access to “from day one” the evidence of Rittenhouse’s Self-defense is completely irrefutable. And more disturbingly it appears that Rosenbaum, one of the men shot and killed by Rittenhouse, had a death wish.

According to multiple sources: the timeline looked like this: earlier in the evening 36-year-old Joseph Don Rosenbaum, allegedly started a dumpster fire and with several accomplices attempted to wheel the dumpster into a gas station when a Kenosha guards militiaman dressed nearly identically to Kyle Rittenhouse ran up with a fire extinguisher and put out the blaze, leading to a verbal altercation with Rosenbaum where the man is recorded yelling “Shoot me n*gga!” repeatedly toward the Kenosha Guard militia members. This is especially relevant when considered with Washington Post reporting which tells us that Rosenbaum, a convicted pedophile had been released earlier that day from a mental hospital where he had been held due to his second suicide attempt in two months.

They wrote,

“Joseph Rosenbaum — depressed, homeless and alone — didn’t belong to either side. He had spent most of his adult life in prison for sexual conduct with children when he was 18 and struggled with bipolar disorder. That day, Aug. 25, Rosenbaum was discharged from a Milwaukee hospital following his second suicide attempt in as many months and dumped on the streets of Kenosha.”

Around thirty or so minutes later, Rosenbaum, Kyle’s first attacker, was spotted by Daily Caller journalist Richi McGinniss and podcaster Elijah Koerri wearing a red tee-shirt wrapped around his neck in pursuit of Rittenhouse toward a used-car lot. A man identified as Alexander Blaine fires a single shot from his handgun near the parking lot.

Footage

From here, the aerial and ground footage shows Rosenbaum throwing his hospital bag containing clothing and toiletries at Rittenhouse as he charges him. The ground footage is blocked by vehicles but the aerial video shows Rosenbaum corner Rittenhouse and lung for his weapon, as an armed mob forms around them, Rittenhouse opens fire. Four rounds strike Rosenbaum, grazing his head, penetrating his groin, left thigh, and back. At this point, Rittenhouse called for an ambulance before being forced to flee from the gathering mob, who proceeded to chase him down the street.

Was Rosenbaum’s attack of a clearly armed man his third, successful attempt at suicide?

Rittenhouse’s Fighting Retreat From The Mob

Unfortunately, the story continues to get worse for Kyle. Footage from last year shows that he is chased down as he fled toward the police and was confronted by at least four men who assaulted him. As he runs a rioter can be heard yelling “Cranium that boy! He just shot a man!” (‘Cranium’ in this context being slang for execution by a gunshot to the head) a reporter runs alongside and asks Kyle what he’s doing and if he shot somebody,  he replies “I’m going to get the police”.

An unknown rioter then assaults Rittenhouse from behind knocking off his hat. Seemingly dazed from the blow, Rittenhouse trips and falls to the ground. This second attacker doesn’t appear in the video again and likely fled the ensuing gunshots.

Footage

An unknown third attacker, known only as “jump-kick man” by defense attorneys, who has never been identified nor come forward, strikes Kyle with a kick aimed at his arm, chest, or face. Rittenhouse fires two shots into the air and the man flees, never to be seen or heard from again.

Footage

A fourth attacker, 25-year-old Anthony Huber then strikes Kyle with a blow from the sharp edge of a skateboard to the back of his head, with the same effect of a wooden club or bat. He then attempts to take the gun from Kyle grabbing at the muzzle. Rittenhouse fires a single shot hitting Huber in the chest and killing him almost immediately.

Another man, feigns surrender, only to produce a handgun from behind his back angling to fire at Kyle while attempting to push the muzzle of his rifle aside, this fifth attacker is Gaige Grosskreutz, 27. Kyle fires a single shot striking Gaige in the right bicep disabling him and ending his attack. A final rioter raises his hands and retreats Rittenhouse, while training his weapon on him, holds his fire, rises to his feet, and continues his withdrawal. Finally, Kyle approaches the police with his rifle slung and hands up. The responding police ordered him out of the way, seeming to not realize he was involved with the shooting. As ordered, Kyle Rittenhouse left the area and returned home, turning himself over to police the next day.

Kyle Rittenhouse is facing the following charges, pressed after a mere 48 hours by Kenosha County Prosecutors with virtually no investigation, even while they were in possession of the FBI footage:

  • First-degree reckless homicide of Joseph Rosenbaum
    • Sixty years in prison
  • First-degree reckless endangerment of Richard McGinnis
    • Twelve years in prison
  • First-degree intentional homicide of Anthony Huber
    • Life in prison.
  • Attempted First-degree intentional homicide of Gaige Grosskreutz
    • Sixty years in prison.
  • First-degree reckless endangerment of an unknown man aka “Jump-kick  man”
    • Twelve years in prison
  • A misdemeanor charge of possession of a weapon by a minor.

Anyone objectively reviewing this footage can only come to the conclusion that Kyle Rittenhouse was in Kenosha, the city he worked in, only a few miles from home, the city where his Father lived and a community he was a part of, to protect people, serve the community and provide medical care if needed. He did all the right things, exhibited courage, discernment, self-control, and judicious application of lethal force only when absolutely necessary and after all of this, turned himself over to law enforcement peacefully. He did everything right in the letter and spirit of the law. And it may cost him everything if fear, instead of justice prevails.
