Democrats think a law is something obsolete which can be broken at the snap of a soundbite but Republicans keep filing lawsuits anyway. Imperial Leader Joe Biden’s latest round of flagrant violations inflamed eight state prosecutors to sue the administration.
Law and disorder
Ignoring America’s debunked and disgraced constitution, Joe Biden and his handlers at the Imperial Palace have been surreptitiously using Obama’s border policies to allow the minor children of immigrants to climb through a window in the law.
Quietly and without fuss, the palace reinstated the Central American Minors Refugee and Parole Program. They call it CAM for short. That way they don’t have to explain the “parole” part every time they talk about it.
Once and future President Donald Trump killed it but didn’t drive a stake through it’s heart, so now it’s back to haunt us.
The illegal “law” allows “certain minors from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala to come into the United States and be put on an immediate path to citizenship.” At least, that’s what Newsweek says.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is furiously hopping up and down about the law change. “The Biden Administration has sown nothing but disaster for our country through its illegal, unconstitutional immigration policies.”
Joe’s “latest round of flagrant lawbreaking includes his Central American Minors Program, which has contributed significantly to many states being forced to take in even more aliens.” Conservative Americans won’t stand for it. “My fellow attorneys general and I are suing to stop it,” Paxton promises.
No lawful paths
According to the federal complaint, “Illegal aliens do not have the right under federal law to petition the federal government for their relatives abroad to join them in residing in the United States.” Biden sidestepped the Constitution to create “anchor parents.”
There simply “are no lawful paths for aliens who lack status to come join other aliens who lack status in the United States.” Biden doesn’t care.
Kamala Harris couldn’t wait to pull the loophole in the law out of moth balls. The “Biden Administration has created such a program for certain illegal aliens who are from El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras and who reside in the United States, so long as they meet certain arbitrary qualifications created by the Administration.”
Those “criteria” aren’t real strict. “In short, if an illegal alien from one of those three countries is inside the United States and has so much as a pending application for asylum, they can petition the United States Government to bring their minor children into the United States.”
It’s not just minor children either. “Not just the illegal alien’s minor children, but also the in-country parent of a qualifying child, a legal guardian, or a child’s primary caregiver.” Texas isn’t the only state that still believes in rule of law.
“After seeing the chaos in person, it is even more clear to me now that Biden and Mayorkas are building their own illegal organization to transport illegal immigrants into and around our country – thumbing their noses at federal laws,” adds Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, and Missouri are also on board.
