Well, the Democrat primary just got a lot more interesting.
Joe Biden just got his first serious challenger.
Talk about name recognition!
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of the late Robert F. Kennedy, the nephew of President John F. Kennedy, just threw his name into the hat.
Kennedy filed his paperwork on Wednesday and is now running an exploratory committee to see how well he would fare.

I have to admit, this one came out of left field.
I would say that most Democrats are probably thinking the same thing.
The Democrats have been looking for alternatives to the fossils in office, and Kennedy could be the answer to their prayers.
In his announcement, he sounded more like an old-school Democrat than the corrupt Democrats that are in office today.
He stated, “If it looks like I can raise the money and mobilize enough people to win, I’ll jump in the race.
“If I run, my top priority will be to end the corrupt merger between state and corporate power that has ruined our economy, shattered the middle class, polluted our landscapes and waters, poisoned our children, and robbed us of our values and freedoms.
“Together we can restore America’s democracy.”
This could be a serious problem for Biden, so I am going to keep watching this and see just how much momentum he gets.
