The official Joe Biden Twitter account recently deleted evidence in violation of the Presidential Records Act. The FBI won’t be raiding Joe’s basement any time soon because Democrats can break all the laws they want. For now. That may change on November 8. Then again, it may take until Christmas for the Democrats to find all the votes they need to maintain majority control. That’s why everyone is warning the results won’t really be known “for a while.”
Evidence? No its just a tweet
It may not be much on the surface but an official palace tweet just became evidence for upcoming congressional hearings. The House and Senate are both itching to launch probes into Deep State information censorship and Just Us Department partisan politics.
Nonpartisan watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust is howling for a federal investigation into the tweet now. Of course, Gestapo General Merrick Garland just laughs.
Whether the Federal Bureau of Instigation follows the evidence trail or not, “there are ‘serious questions’ over whether presidential record-keeping protocols were properly followed,” New York Post observes.

On Wednesday, November 2, the propaganda wing of the the Imperial Palace disappeared a “widely mocked tweet taking credit for a boost in retirees’ Social Security checks.”
The reason for deleting the evidence is because it was a karmic dose of their own free-speech-repressive policies. They got fact checked by Elon Musk.
Twitter’s new owner pointed out to Joe’s embarrassment that the only reason Biden can claim any credit at all for it is because the number is tied to inflation. Thanks to Joe, inflation is ballooning like Jimmy Carter was in charge.

It belongs to the public
That tweet belongs to We the People and the palace needs to put it back, pronto. Don’t they realize, “THEY WORK FOR US!” As spelled out by the advocates, their November 1 tweet is “almost certainly a record that belongs to the public and subject to the Act’s destruction protocol.”
It’s now evidence and the National Archives should be swarming in with assault weapons to search Jill’s underwear drawer. At the very least, the Records Administration and the Office of Government Ethics need to do some serious looking into it.
“Outside of the unprecedented reliance on the Act to support a subpoena to search the home of a former U.S. President, the Act and its enforcement have historically received little attention,” Michael Chamberlain points out. He’s director of Protect the Public’s Trust.

For those who were in COVID-19 quarantine under a rock, New York Post explains, he was “referencing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate to search for presidential records.” There is a lot of evidence floating around suggesting that was nothing but pure partisan shenanigans ahead of yet another contentious “election.” Or, is it a “selection.”
For certain, whether anyone acts on it or not, this is totally smoking gun evidence that there is one set of rules for Democrats and the opposite ones in effect for Republicans.
“However, now that strict enforcement of the Act appears to be a high priority for the Archivist of the United States, and by extension the Department of Justice, we would like to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern as it applies to preserving the historical record.” The record of His Imperial Wisdom Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., the Usurper. Don’t hold your breath on them doing it, though.
