Joe Biden is about the almighty dollar, and that usually comes from foreign governments, shady business deals, and lobbyists.
Right now, climate change lobbyists have their wallets open and Joe Biden is more than happy to do their dirty work for them.

Over the weekend, Biden put in a new EPA rule that did not even register on the mainstream media’s radar.
The rule is reviving an Obama order that Trump tried to kill.
This rule allowed the federal government to be able to dictate conditions for small waterways on private lands.
Farmers and other businesses appealed to Trump, and he tried to get rid of the Obama order, but it goes tied up in the courts.
Now Biden has issued a new rule, complete with new definitions, that will once again provide some good old-fashioned government overreach.
Zippy Duvall, the president of the American Farm Bureau Federation, stated, “AFBF is extremely disappointed in the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers’ new Waters of the United States Rule.
“Farmers and ranchers share the goal of protecting the nation’s waterways, but they deserve rules that don’t require a team of attorneys and consultants to identify ‘navigable waters’ on their land.”
He later added, “EPA has doubled down on the old significant nexus test, creating more complicated regulations that will impose a quagmire of regulatory uncertainty on large areas of private farmland miles from the nearest navigable water.”
