Joe Biden has finally answered the question.
That being if there should be limits on abortion.
Although, his answer was a bit fuzzy, it is about par for the course these days.

Owen Jensen of Catholic news outlet EWTN managed to get a question to Biden before he took off on Marine One.
He asked, “Should there be any restrictions on abortion at all?”
Biden responded, “Yes, there should be.”
Jensen followed up, “What should they be?”
Biden appeared a bit agitated at this point, responding, “Roe v. Wade, read it, man. You’ll get educated.”
Roe v. Wade itself does not set limitations, so Joe is the one that needs to be educated.
The Supreme Court, however, initially set limits through the second trimester, which was later amended in 1992 in a Planned Parenthood case to 23 or 24 weeks.
States have had the right to set their own limits for the third trimester, including banning abortion, since the original decision.
