Joe Biden was in Portland, OR.
Joe is usually on the beach in Delaware, and the travel seemed to hit him hard.
He gave a speech that had everyone wondering what the heck he was actually trying to say.
Buy a Coffee Maker
Biden stated, “The Inflation Reduction Act has to do with your ability to get tax credits for buying — if you need a new coffee machine, a new washer, a new refrigerator.
“And you buy an efficient refrigerator, efficient coffee machine, you get a tax credit for it.”
He also started to discuss what he thought were details of the legislation, but he was coming in out of centerfield, confusing everyone.
His critics, however, could not get over the coffee machine comments…

It is no wonder most politicians are avoiding him like the plague.
It is bad enough when Biden has a script to go off, but when he wings it, it is just a complete disaster.
