There is a very good reason why many Texans love Governor Greg Abbott.
The man is far from flawless, but he does not run and hide from a fight.
He took that fight directly into the face of Joe Biden this weekend during Joe’s photo-op border visit.
I Have a Letter for You…
When Biden arrived, Abbott had a letter in hand to let Joe know how he feels about the border situation and this little photo-op of Joe’s.
Abbott wrote, “Even the city you visit has been sanitized of the migrant camps which had overrun downtown El Paso because your administration wants to shield you from the chaos that Texans experience on a daily basis.”
Abbott continued, “Your open-border policies have emboldened the cartels, who grow wealthy by trafficking deadly fentanyl and even human beings.
“Texans are paying an especially high price for your failure, sometimes with their very lives, as local leaders from your own party will tell you if given the chance.”
Hand-delivered a letter to President Biden today during his first visit to the border.
His trip is $20 billion too little & 2 years too late.

Abbott was referring to the fact that El Paso rounded up all the migrants that were living on the streets and stuffed them into holding facilities.
I have zero doubt that by the end of this week, they will all be back on the street.
