She used a medieval weapon to kill her boyfriend and now she is about to be charged for it. She will get her salad tossed in prison for sure.
This woman is from Cape Girardeau, Missouri and she was charged with killing her boyfriend with a sword on Christmas Eve.
Cape Girardeau Police said that they found 32-year-old Brittany Wilson outside the home that she shared with her boyfriend on that Friday night, and she was covered with blood on her clothing. The alleged murder weapon, the sword, was lying in the front yard. Cape Girardeau is in southeast Missouri, situated about 115 miles from St. Louis. It has a population of just over 39,000.
KFVS television reported that a woman had contacted police shortly after 11 p.m. on that Friday to report that she had killed her boyfriend with that sword. I guess she went “medieval” on him! (a little dark humor for you all, pun intended LOL)
Officers proceeded to arrest Wilson, and then they went into the residence. They quickly found the boyfriend, 34-year-old Harrison Stephen Foster, dead with fresh stab wounds from the sword.
So, just why was it that Wilson decided to use this medieval weapon to kill her boyfriend? The answer is an all-too-common issue in some of these rural areas. There isn’t always an easy answer to some of these tragedies.
Come to find out, Wilson told police that she and Foster had been high on methamphetamine earlier in the day. She also told investigators that she had believed that Foster had several entities “living in his body” and stabbing him was one way to “set him free.”
Wilson is now being held on a $2 million bond, having been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. It is not clear if Wilson had an attorney that could speak on her behalf.
