Mr. High and Mighty has just put himself in line for a trial date at the Hague.
It is now confirmed that Joe Biden has agreed to send cluster bombs to Ukraine.
The problem… they are outlawed by most countries and human rights groups consider the use of them to be a war crime.

There is a lot to unpack in this one story, so let me get at it.
First, the reason that Joe Biden says he is sending cluster bombs is because both the United States and Ukraine are running out of ammunition.
Call me crazy, but that is not exactly something that should be public knowledge.
However, that admission by Biden confirms what our military leaders have been saying for months… we sent too much of our own stockpiles to Ukraine.
Second is the idea of using cluster bombs.
Go back to the very beginning of this conflict, when then-Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the Russians using cluster bombs.
Psaki called it a potential “war crime,” so why the hell is Biden sending them to the Ukraine?

So, Joe Biden has now brought us to the point of not being able to defend ourselves as well as possibly having a sitting US president brought up on charges of war crimes.
That is just an outstanding job, Joe!
