Woke University Dealt CRUSHING DEFEAT

There is finally a win for the good guys on the wave of anti-Semitism that has taken over our college campuses.

A district judge in California just laid the smackdown on UCLA.

The ruling was a scathing rebuke for allow extremists to take over the campus and threaten Jewish students.

Knock It Off

You could hear the disgust in U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi’s ruling when he laid into the school and its president.

Scarsi told the University of California Regents and UCLA President Michael Drake that it could no longer offer “any ordinarily available programs, activities, or campus areas to students if [they] know the ordinarily available programs, activities, or campus areas are not fully and equally accessible to Jewish students.”

Scarsi continued, “In the year 2024, in the United States of America, in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles, Jewish students were excluded from portions of the UCLA campus because they refused to denounce their faith.

“This fact is so unimaginable and so abhorrent to our constitutional guarantee of religious freedom that it bears repeating.”

Mary Osako, UCLA vice chancellor for strategic communications, responded, “UCLA is committed to fostering a campus culture where everyone feels welcome and free from intimidation, discrimination, and harassment.

“The district court’s ruling is improper and would hamstring our ability to respond to events on the ground and to meet the needs of the Bruin community.”

That is nonsense, of course, because the school, like many others in this country, allowed radicals to take over the campus, literally blocking Jewish students from their classes and dorms.

UCLA claimed that “the exclusion was engineered by third-party protesters,” but the school seems to forget that it’s their campus and they set the rules.

They could have kicked off any trespassers and suspended any students for a violation of the student code of conduct.

I don’t know what happened to this country, but every day, we slip further and further away from the vision our Founding Fathers had when they won our independence.
