I have seen quite a few videos surface that are showing tours of downtown LA neighborhoods.
Homelessness is running rampant in the city.
The problem with homelessness goes beyond the plight of the homeless, which is something you are about to witness in a horrifying video.
For No Reason…
Many of our homeless have mental health issues.
To that point, they are apt to random acts of violence, often on innocent bystanders
Such as this…
The woman in that video was stabbed in the head with garden shears.
It may seem as though she walked away okay, but that was far from the case.
She wandered into a nearby store, then collapsed, with the shears embedded in her head.
The victim, Kyli Watts, reportedly suffered a brain injury from the assault.
She has already undergone surgery, but she has a long road to recovery ahead of her and may never have full balance and vision again.
That is the reality of California today.
