Inspired by the success of Canada’s Freedom Convoy, American truckers are mounting up for the “People’s Convoy.” Planned to depart California by the end of the month, the peaceful and patriotic parade will make it’s way across America’s heartland to the District of Columbia. They learned a few things from what happened in Canada so they’re already hiring experts in logistics.
People’s Convoy protest pilgrimage
Already, around 1,000 American truckers have signed up for the “pilgrimage from California to Washington D.C.” The details aren’t final yet but the People’s Convoy is planning to roll eastward “before the month ends.”
Organizers Brian Brase and Maureen Steele assure supporters that Big Tech isn’t going to shaft them as happened up north.
The upcoming People’s Convoy protest, organizers promise, “will not rely on Big Tech companies for funding.” We all watched “GoFundMe shut down the fundraiser for the Freedom Convoy in Canada, while GiveSendGo was hacked, with information on its donors made public.”
Applying that good ole American ingenuity which makes our nation so great, organizers “have been able to really garner some of the best and brightest on our team to make sure that this convoy goes off without a hitch. We have a logistics specialist, tacticians, we’re ensuring we have fuel,” Steele explained.
They hired some experts at “Exemplar Financial, which has seven offices throughout the country with lawyers and accountants that are overseeing our fundraising to make sure that’s buttoned up.”
Steele further explained that “funding for the upcoming People’s Convoy will not be ‘frozen or hijacked‘ by anyone who intends to shut down the protest. Instead, they plan on protecting the funds by having them stored in an escrow account.”
Convoy getting air support
People’s Convoy organizers also dropped a surprise. While veterans and bikers have long supported the same cause as the truckers, this time around, pilots will be joining the 1,000 truckers ready to participate “right out the gate.”
The numbers are only expected to swell as the big event approaches. “I think you’re going to see it grow as we move across the country,” Brase added.
A poll done by Rasmussen enlightened the twittersphere that “54% of respondents” already “support a US-based trucker convoy protest.”
The big theme of the People’s Convoy seems to be “Government has forgotten its place.” That strongly echoes the T2SDA movement from Barack Obama’s administration.
By October of 2013, “every true American was fed up with the antics of Barack Obama and the corruption in Congress.”
That’s when “Patriot Earl Conlon had a dream, a vision, a revelation… maybe even a hallucination. Conlon envisioned tractor-trailer drivers circling the Washington D.C. beltway ‘three lanes deep’ to seek the arrest of traitors in Congress for disregarding the Constitution. His dream almost came true. It still might.” Imperial Leader Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is well aware there’s a good chance his State of Disunion speech will be drowned out by blaring air horns from the People’s Convoy.
