Trump seems to have this incessant need to make sure he is atop the news cycle.
So, it was not really a surprise to see him going off about the Super Bowl this weekend.
What was a surprise was that he chose to go off on the halftime show before it ever took place.

Rihanna had not even taken the stage, when Trump started slamming her on Truth Social.
He posted, “Without her ‘Stylist’ she’d be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!”
I mean, in the overall scheme of things, who cares, right?
Rihanna has protested Trump in the past, which is why I am guessing he was so focused on her, but I would think a presidential candidate has more important things to discuss with voters than her talent and stylist.
Rep. Ronnie Jackson (R-TX) followed suit, posting, “She’s made a career of spewing degenerate filth while badmouthing America every chance she gets.
“Why is the NFL showcasing this crap?”
Call me crazy, but I just don’t see how this helps Trump but with a very small pocket of voters.
In fact, considering the racist accusations that Trump has faced in the past, one could easily make the argument that such tweets do far more harm than good.
