Judge Goes Nuts
A mother in Chicago has been banned from seeing her 11-year-old son when a power-hungry judge took away her custody rights.
Fox 32 originally broke the story of how a rouge judge stripped her rights because she chose not to take the COVID shot.
“I miss my son more than anything. It’s been very difficult. I haven’t seen him since August 10th,” Rebecca Firlit, the mother, told FOX 32 News.
Cook County Judge James Shapiro is now being looked at as a possible monster. The Firlit explained to the judge that she has a history of having severe and bad reactions to vaccines.
“I think that it’s wrong. I think that it’s dividing families. And I think it’s not in my son’s best interest to be away from his mother,” she added.
The mother has been divorced from the boy’s father for seven years and they’ve both been sharing custody of their son.
Parental Rights Lost
Firlit said she’s been utilizing phone calls and video chats with her son but is barred from seeing him in person.
The mother and her attorney Annette Fernholz are appealing the judge’s insane vaccine order saying that this is above the jurisdiction.
“In this case you have a judge, without any matter before him regarding the parenting time with the child deciding ‘Oh, you’re not vaccinated. You don’t get to see your child until you are vaccinated.’ That kind of exceeds his jurisdiction,” Fernholz said.
Vaccine Crazies Going Too Far
“You have to understand the father did not even bring this issue before the court. So it’s the judge on his own and making this decision that you can’t see your child until you’re vaccinated,” Fernholz continued.
Freedom of medical choice is becoming a thing of the past. Stories like this one show how close we are to losing everything if freedoms are not secured from vaccine-crazed dictators.
