All kinds of juicy morsels have surfaced in the last few days regarding House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband’s DUI arrest.
The fix was in early, but now it is all coming out.
Special treatment started when the accident was investigated and is continuing now.
It’s Rigged!
When police arrived on the scene, Paul Pelosi gave them a donor card.
While they could not look the other way because it was an accident, they still tried to help him.
Pelosi took a breathalyzer test and blew a .082, which is over the legal limit of .08.
That does not sound too bad on the surface until you realize the test was not taken for more than two hours after the accident.
I guess this happened so Pelosi had time to drink water and coffee to flush his system, and he still failed.
Realistically, his BAL was probably around 0.12 at the time of the accident, which means he was smashed out of his mind.
The DA is now also backtracking on the complaint that cites the presence of a drug as well as alcohol.
Several days after the accident, the other driver started complaining about headaches and arm pain, meaning the misdemeanor that was initially filed should have been upgraded to a felony.
That has not happened.

The original judge assigned to the case has stepped down, replaced by a first-time judge that is up to her ears in connections with Democrat donors.

Keep in mind, Paul Pelosi has already pleaded not guilty to the charges, so he is expecting nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
With so much evidence stacked up against him, why fight it? Why not throw yourself at the mercy of the court?
If Pelosi gets off on this crime, you better believe conservatives will lose their minds.
This is just blatantly rigging the case in his favor because his wife is a congresswoman and they give boatloads of money to the local police and judges.
