The CIA Is DESPERATE to Cover This Up…

Biden

Fairly credible reports from foreign sources indicate that Joe Biden sent Bill Burns to offer Vladimir Putin 20% of the Ukraine to end the war. Denials are flying, like snowflakes in a blizzard, from the Imperial Palace and CIA. Of course they didn’t do that, they declare. The reports are solid enough to be worth a glance, anyway.

Biden denies it all

A spokesunit for Joe Biden teamed up with one from the CIA on Friday, February 3, to deny that “CIA Director, William Burns, offered Russian President Vladimir Putin a fifth of Ukraine’s territory to end the ongoing war.

They told Newsweek that claims made by Swiss-German newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung are “completely false.

NZZ’s report makes a whole lot of sense though. They alleged that “Burns took a secret trip to Moscow in January and that there was a peace proposal put forward by the director.

Biden was supposedly behind the plan. We do know for sure that “last month, Burns traveled in secret to meet and brief Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv,” thanks to Washington Post.

NZZ reported that “Burns is said to have submitted the plan in mid-January to put an end to the war.” One of the reasons Biden is denying everything is because both sides laughed in his face and told Burns to stay out of it.

Both Kyiv and Moscow reportedly rejected the proposal.” Newsweek isn’t buying the official palace denials either. They reached out to the foreign ministries of Ukraine and Russia for comment.

About the size of Donbas

The reason Ukraine didn’t want anything to do with the deal was the way it was set up. Biden was offering 20% of Ukraine which is “approximately the size of Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region.

Kyiv said forget it “because they are not willing to have their territory divided.” Meanwhile, “Russian officials said they will win the war in the long run anyway.

Back at the Imperial Palace, deputy propaganda official Sean Savett at the National Security Council calls the NZZ story “not accurate.” He says the CIA will say the same if you ask them but wants Newsweek to take his word for it. He wouldn’t say in what way the report is not accurate.

German politicians seem to think it was true. They think “Biden wanted to avoid a protracted war in Ukraine, and so, offered the territory as part of the peace plan.

The Germans also observe that “when Ukraine and Russia both rejected the proposal, the Biden administration pledged to provide Kyiv with Abrams tanks.” That happened on January 25, “after much debate and deliberation on the issue.” They could still take months to get there.

The Germans have a couple of other embarrassing observations. “Burns and Biden’s National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan,” NZZ says, “wanted to end the war quickly so they could focus on China.” Also, Blinky Blinken and Lloyd Austin “didn’t want to let Russia get away with destroying the rule-based peace order and called for massive military support for Ukraine.
