Is Joe Biden breaking the law?
If you ask Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that question, his answer would be “yes.”
Paxton is now calling out Joe Biden over his new immigration rule.
That Is NOT Legal
Biden has taken it under his charge to completely bypass Congress for immigration laws.
After all, Obama did it, so why shouldn’t Joe?
Biden is now allowing 30,000 migrants from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela to be paroled in the United States.
That is another 360,000 to live off taxpayer money.
Paxton stated, “We have checks and balances.
“Each branch has its own power.
“The states have their own power.
“It’s his own law, his own rules. And he doesn’t run it through Congress.”
Well, why would he?
Biden has been operating this way for two years and he has yet to be held accountable for anything wrong that he has done.
