The Wisconsin Supreme Court has recently seen a shift to the Democratic side of the aisle for the first time in many years.

This new majority could be facing impeachment if they don’t recuse themselves from upcoming election cases.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has stated that if there is no honor left on the court, then those who have publicly prejudged cases should not act as impartial observers when it comes to making decisions.

Chief Justice Annette Ziegler was highly critical of this move and stated that it goes against the constitution which gives her administrative authority.

She also noted that four votes cannot dictate decisions without an officially noticed court conference being held first – something which didn’t happen in this instance.

This change of direction came about because Janet Protasiewicz had been sworn into office, replacing conservative Pat Roggensack who retired.

Now Vos is warning Protasiewicz that she must stay out of any decision regarding legislative redistricting or else face potential impeachment proceedings by lawmakers – both Republican and Democrat alike.

The race between Kelly and Protaziewics was one of the most expensive races for a state Supreme Court in history with an estimated $45 million pumped into it by special interest groups such as liberal megadonor George Soros and Richard and Elizabeth Uihlein.

Vos has said he will wait to see if Protasiewicz recuses herself on any cases before taking any further action but made sure to note that failing to do so would be considered a “serious offense”.

With Republicans having a majority in both the assembly and senate, they could potentially successfully impeach and remove judge Janet Protaziewics from office if she refuses to recuse herself from any upcoming election cases following her recent appointment as part of the liberal majority on Wisconsin’s State Supreme Court.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos is giving her one chance at redemption but warned that failure to comply would result in serious consequences for not only herself but for all involved parties.

This includes Democrat lawmakers who could also face repercussions due to their involvement in this matter if it were ever brought up during an impeachment trial especially since she was elected with financial support from special interest groups like George Soros who are more likely than not affiliated with Democrat party lines at least indirectly through donations or other forms of financial backing.
