Obstructing crucial House oversight probes is a major no-no and our spooky spy community got caught with their hand in the clandestine domestic operation cookie jar. Jim Jordan, who chairs both the Judiciary Committee and its “weaponization” sub-panel is currently investigating “whether members of the U.S. intelligence community obstructed congressional investigations.” Specifically, the criminal investigation of Joe Biden and his family.
Probes blocked by spies
Probes into criminal activity allegedly involving Joe Biden and his family have been blocked at every turn. Even so, Chairman Jordan and his committees are currently focusing in on an unsolicited “defensive” briefing the FBI gave Senators Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson on August 6, 2020. The dog and pony show was apparently intentional misdirection.
That happens to be illegal, if laws were actually enforced. Since it’s the DOJ who’s accused of breaking the laws and they’re also the ones who do the enforcing, so what?
Putting things in perspective, the meeting was held when the senators “were actively investigating the business dealings of then-candidate Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.”

Nikki Floris was FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence at the time. She dropped in along with FBI Foreign Influence Task Force Section Chief Bradley Benavides to steer the senators away from evidence highly damaging to the Deep State that their probes were picking up.
Since the spooky encounter was classified and confidential, the exact specifics of the briefing haven’t been made public. The timing matches up perfectly “with media reports that the Republican Senators were promoting Russian disinformation.”
Their probes had hit a sensitive nerve and the secret police rushed in to do damage control. With hindsight and additional information Jordan has been led to believe that the meeting was held specifically so it could be leaked.
Unnecessary and irrelevant
After the meeting, Senator Grassley was steamed that his time had been so blatantly wasted. What the FBI had to say was “unnecessary and irrelevant to his actual investigation of Hunter Biden.” That didn’t matter to the bureau.
It “provided the Democrats and liberal media the vehicle to spread their false narrative that our work advanced Russian disinformation.” The probes they were doing got totally derailed by the controversy and it turns out that the intelligence community was behind what’s looking more like a “psy-op” every day.
Recently, Jim Jordan sent a letter to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines. In it, he advised her that he’s personally convinced that “the briefing Mr. Grassley and Mr. Johnson received was indeed meant to undermine the Senators’ investigative efforts.” They didn’t just derail the probes, they blew them off the track with explosives.

“Floris and Benavides made it unequivocally clear that ODNI and its Notification Framework were integral to the pretextual ‘defensive‘ briefing meant to frustrate and obstruct congressional oversight into the Biden family’s overseas influence-peddling operation.” What they spewed were lies so the spies who gave them those lies are really in trouble.
The ODNI is who decides when a “defensive briefing” is necessary. That office is in charge of the whole alphabet of spooky spy agencies like the CIA, NSA, and CID to name a few. When grilled about it in sworn testimony both Floris and Benavides clammed up and referred all questions to the ODNI. That’s why Jordan is asking now. He wants to see all “communications relating to the controversial briefing, as well as scripts, drafts of scripts, and lists of ODNI officials involved in deciding to hold the briefing.”
She better cough them up by November 15. Everyone knows by now what comes next if not, subpoena followed by contempt of Congress charges. He’s got probes of his own going into whether the mis-briefing had anything to do with “a July 13, 2020 letter from then-Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Senator Mark Warner, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Representative Adam Schiff to the FBI.” They were whining about “foreign powers conspiring to interfere in the 2020 election.” Stay tuned for more exciting developments.
