So far, every time that Trump’s team has applied pressure on members of the GOP House, they have folded.
Trump has been pressuring for a Biden impeachment.
Now House Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) seems ready to pull the trigger.
Well, Trump’s attorneys are tasking McCarthy with another job.
Investigate Him
It took Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) all of about 10 seconds to announce he was looking into Fulton County DA Fani Willis after she announced her indictment of Trump.
Trump complained, then Jordan accused her of coordinating with Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Democrats have latched on to this narrative and are now accusing Trump insiders of allowing Trump to call the shots from outside the government.
Attorney Alina Habba is now making another plea to those House members.
She stated, “We’re not concerned because we know the facts of the cases, which I can’t get into, obviously, for privileged reasons, but I can tell you that it’s to tie him up.
“It’s definitely political. The motivation [of Fulton County DA Fani Willis] is now under investigation by Jim Jordan for, and I believe Jack Smith should be investigated as well.”
So, let’s follow this and see how it all works out.
If the House does investigate Smith, you better believe the Democrats are going to lose their minds.
