The final straw may have finally hit the camel’s back for Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO).
Boebert has been polarizing ever since she took office, and she barely won her last election.
A stunt she just pulled could now finally end her time in Congress.
Time to Go
Boebert just does not seem like representing her constituents in the best possible way.
To me, it just seems like she is more interested in the perks and getting clicks and likes than legislating.
During then-Speaker Pelosi’s (D-CA) absentee voting policy, Boebert was one of the members of Congress that abused this rule the most, and that extends to both parties.
More recently, she was caught on camera getting a little too handsy at the theater.
Her most recent filings show that she also dropped more than $300 at her date’s restaurant… with campaign funds.
Boebert is already hurting for fundraising, so I am sure her supporters are not going to like the idea of their money being used for date night.
If I were Boebert, I would be digging in for the next year and working to flip this narrative, or her time in Congress will end come January 2025.
