We all respect a woman’s right to breastfeed her child.
The question is and has always been when does it become indecent exposure?
That is the question being asked after a woman decided to “whip it out” in front of everyone and breastfeed her child in public at Disneyland.
Too Much?
Brittni Medina was enjoying Disneyland with her family in Anaheim, CA, when the incident took place.
She and other family members were standing in line for a ride when she decided to feed her child.
Rather than use a blanket for cover, or anything for that matter, she simply pulled out her breast and began to feed the child in view of everyone…
As you can see in that picture, some of the other people in line were not exactly happy with her lack of discretion.
Medina posted the picture to Facebook along with her commentary.
She stated, “These women were making snarky comments so I moved from my spot to catch a picture with these characters.”
Medina added that the purpose of the picture was “not for attention for me but attention to the fact NO WOMEN SHOULD BE SHAMED FOR FEEDING THEIR BABY UNCOVERED.”
This, at least to me, seems to be someone’s incessant need to get attention than it is for her right to openly feed her child in public without some type of cover.
