Well, penalties are now being rolled back in multiple branches, but it is being done very quietly.
The Rollback
Earlier this week, the Navy dialed back punishments on SEALs.
Well, now the Marines are doing the same thing.
A new policy has come out that vaccination status can no longer impact fitness reports and promotions.
The memo states, “Marine Corps will not enforce any order to accept COVID-19 vaccination, administratively separate, or retaliate against Marines in the class for asserting statutory rights under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).”
It also states, “Involuntary administrative separation processing of class members for refusing COVID-19 vaccination is suspended.”
Well, that is great news, but what about all the service members that have already been separated, some of them with lengthy careers?
How many service members fell just short of their 20 because of that idiotic rule by this administration?
This will not be the last of this, as I expect a flurry of lawsuits to be announced, especially by service members who were coming up on their 20.
