This Controversy Has Cost Them Everything, It’s All Gone

The bad news for Anheuser Busch continues.

This Dylan Mulvaney partnership continues to take its toll.

So much so, Bud Light has lost significant market share, and it is going right to the competitors.

See Ya!

This is not just a boycotting of the product, but an outright abandonment.

The market numbers should have Anheuser Busch in panic mode right now.

Bud Light drinkers have jumper over to Bud’s direct competitors.

Fox Business broke it down, reporting, “Data compiled for the week showed Coors Light and Miller Lite’s dollar share went up 3.5% and 3.1% respectively, suggesting Bud Light’s losses in dollar share resulted directly from consumer recoil rather than a lapse in beer demand, the report continued.

“Over the same period, Coors Light cases went up 10.6% and Miller Lite jumped 11.5%.

“Meanwhile, Bud Light cases have fallen 6.7% year-to-date, 10.7% for the week ending on April 8, and more than 21% for the week ending on April 15.”

The company appears to have parted ways with the marketing executive that dreamed up this brainchild.

At the very least, they have been removed from this product, but I really think these sales are gone for Anheuser Busch.

The irony in all of this is that both Miller Lite and Coors Light openly support the LGBTQ communities, but they just don’t force it down their customers’ throats.

For instance, Miller has the Open & Proud program.

Coors Light supports Denver Pride, among other LGBTQ community projects.

Sometimes it is not what you say, just how you say it!
