James Comer’s missing witness has publicly surfaced to let the world know he’s safe. For now. Gal Luft is officially a fugitive from justice, which is why he’s hiding from the FBI. The wrongfully accused “arms dealer” isn’t feared to be armed and he’s only dangerous to Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray.

James Comer and his House Oversight Committee are glad to hear that their whistleblower type witness “is alive and living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.”
Gal Luft made contact with the New York Post after being reported missing in action. The House is counting on his testimony in their Biden family corruption investigation.
Formerly a colonel with Israeli Defense Force, Luft “vanished from Cyprus last month while on bail awaiting extradition to the U.S. on seven charges.” He may be facing charges but he’s also a very important witness.

That’s actually the main reason why he’s facing charges. He claims the FBI wants him silenced. He also flatly denies the allegations against him, explaining exactly what happened to get him in trouble.
Luft is accused on five charges “relating to the Arms Export Control Act.” He supposedly conspired to “sell Chinese products to the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Libya.”
They also say he violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act and lied to the feds. His side of it is considerably different. What he can say about the Biden family from the witness stand is the real reason for his persecution.
Forced to jump bail
Luft explains that he didn’t have a choice on skipping out on his bail “because he is the victim of a political persecution by the U.S. to protect Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and brother Jim.” He’s all set to be a witness for James Comer and Charles Grassley. That means the chances of him “getting a fair trial in Washington are virtually zero.” He won’t even say which country he’s hiding out in but told the Post, “I had to do what I had to do.” Luft went into detail on how he had been “charged for a thought crime.”
Big brother calls him a gun-runner. That all comes from a single email conversation from five years ago. “I was asked by a bona fide arms dealer, an Israeli friend, to inquire with a company I knew if they had an item and what would be the price of an item. This is where the conspiracy ended. No follow-up, no money, no brokering activity.”
They only tried to stick him in a cell to prevent his testimony as a witness. “When it was clear the Republicans are going to win the House or the Senate, all of a sudden comes [GOP Rep. James] Comer and [GOP Rep. Jim] Jordan and the game is changing. There will be questions and subpoenas and investigations [so] they [the administration] have to discredit me. I never thought of coming forward. Through 2020 I sat quiet like a fish.” On November 1, 2022, a week before the big mid-term election which changed the House majority to Republican, Luft got hit with an extradition order.

He claims that was directly related to the fact that “Republicans were expected to win control of the House and start investigating allegations of Biden family foreign influence peddling.” They knew he had dirt, even though he hadn’t actually spilled any of his secrets yet. Just before he recently disappeared, House Oversight investigators were preparing to interview him. “I didn’t want to get caught up in this game, but when they arrested me I had no choice but to blow it up.”
He first surfaced on February 18, 2023 as he was being arrested and carted away. “I’ve been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request by the US claiming I’m an arms dealer. I’ve never been an arms dealer. DOJ is trying to bury me to protect Joe, Jim and Hunter Biden.” Back in March 2019, “Luft met with four FBI officials and two DOJ prosecutors at the US Embassy in Brussels to provide information that Chinese state-controlled energy company CEFC had paid $100,000 a month to Hunter Biden and $65,000 to his uncle Jim, in exchange for their FBI connections and use of the Biden name to promote China’s Belt and Road Initiative around the world.”
He kept quiet about it and saved his insurance policy until he was arrested. Now he’s a witness for the House. Luft “had a business relationship with a nonprofit think tank associated with CEFC, also told the FBI that Hunter had an FBI mole named ‘One Eye‘ who had tipped off his CEFC business partners Patrick Ho and Ye Jianming that they were under investigation; he said that CEFC officials and one other person had been named in a sealed indictment.” We might even know who the Biden family mole was. Veteran bureau agent Thomas R. Norris only has one eye.
