For months, all we have heard is that there are problems between Donald and Melania Trump.
When we have covered this, we admitted it did not look good that Melania was not on the campaign trail or at the trials, but we also stated that we understood why she was keeping a low profile.
Now the question is if Melania will be joining Trump at the White House, and initial reports had her splitting her time, but that is not how Melania made it sound when recently addressing the issue.
Getting Ready
Melania has made it quite clear that she is already readying herself to move back into the White House.
When she was recently asked about the transition, she responded, “My team is in contact with the White House, so that’s a plus. But we have all what we need, so this is the second time so it’s nothing new. The first time was challenging.
“We didn’t have much access, we were in on January 20th. But this time it’s already in the process.”
Melania continued, “I know what you need to establish. You know what kind of people you need to hire to be in your office. So that’s what I’m doing now.
“I’m interviewing people for my office. I’m establishing everything what is needed so we could start on day one, everybody’s in and we start working.”
That does not sound like someone that is not planning on being at the White House most of the time, but I still expect her to spend some time in New York to help out Barron when needed.
Donald Trump confirmed that we will soon be seeing a lot more of Melania.
When Trump was asked about Melania joining him in DC, he responded, “Oh yes.
“She was, she was very, she actually became very active towards the end, as you saw with interviews. And she does—she does them well. People really watch. She’s very beloved by the people, Melania.”
He later added, “They really love her. Actually, in many ways, when I make speeches, we love our First Lady. They have signs, we love our First Lady.
“No, she’ll be–she’ll be active, when she needs to be, when she needs to be.”
I love the fact that we are seeing more of Melania now, and I think Trump is just better all around when she is there to advise and support him.
