If you recall, after Roe v. Wade was overturned, the conservative Supreme Court justices were under siege.
Even though it is illegal to protest judges, the DOJ never moved to prosecute a single case.
Now GOP lawmakers are demanding answers and a watchdog group has filed a lawsuit.
Why No Prosecutions?
When conservative groups protest, the DOJ fires up the machine and goes to work.
Liberals, even when setting this country on fire, are getting away with it, at least for the most part.
This week, the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project sued the Department of Justice for answers.
Roman Jankowski, senior investigative counsel for the Oversight Project, stated, “The American people deserve to know why Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland not only refused to publicly and unequivocally condemn this behavior, but also why they continue not to prosecute or hold accountable those who facially broke the law in an attempt to influence the proceedings of the Supreme Court.
“We think there are answers to those questions in the documents we have requested, and we have a right by law to those documents.”
With any luck, they will find some direct communication between Biden and Garland to provide a smoking gun to take them both down.
