Kyle Rittenhouse Announces Third Lawsuit Against Him of the Year

Kyle Rittenhouse, who was acquitted of any wrongdoing by a Wisconsin jury for defending himself against rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin last year, is now facing his third lawsuit of the year.

The families of three men he shot in self-defense during the Black Lives Matter (BLM) riots are seeking compensatory damages for wrongful death and mental anguish claiming that Kyle owes them for protecting his own life.

On August 25th 2020, Kyle was at the center of a violent BLM protest in Kenosha that resulted in him shooting three men with two fatalities as reported by Texas Scorecard.

It all began when Joseph Rosenbaum – a registered sex offender – confronted and chased after Kyle while throwing items at him.

When Rosenbaum attempted to grab Kyle’s gun, he fired four shots killing him instantly and setting off a chain of events which led to another death and injury as Kyle sought protection from the mob.

Witnesses testified to Rosenbaum’s extensive mental health issues during the trial while it also emerged that he had spent most of his adult life in prison due to sexual contact with five preteen boys.

The Father of Anthony Huber (who tried bludgeoning Kyle with a skateboard) and Gaige Grosskreutz (who pointed a gun at Kyle while chasing him) have already filed lawsuits against Rittenhouse this year demanding damages for emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life and other pain and suffering on all claims including punitive damages.

Now with this latest lawsuit from Rosenbaum’s estate, these people believe that they are entitled to something despite it being clear that their loved one would be alive if not for attempting to attack an innocent child who was only there trying to protect businesses from looting and destruction.

The incident left many feeling helpless but thanks to those brave few like Kyle who risked their lives standing up against rioters we can all rest assured knowing justice will prevail even when faced with seemingly insurmountable odds.
