I just saw a report that has me shaking my head in disbelief.
Kamala Harris is among the many Democrats who believe voter ID laws are racist and oppressive.
Yet, her campaign is making rally attendees show their IDs in order to get in.
Nontransferrable
Let’s go back to 2021 just after Harris and Biden took office.
Harris was doing an interview about voter ID laws, where she stated, “I don’t think that we should underestimate what that could mean.
“Because in some people’s mind that means, well, you’re going to have to Xerox or photocopy your ID to send it in to prove you are who you are.
“Well, there are a whole lot of people, especially people who live in rural communities, who don’t – there’s no Kinko’s, there’s no Office Max near them.
“People have to understand that when we’re talking about voter ID laws, be clear about who you have in mind and what would be required of them to prove who they are.”
But, guess what we just found out?
When Harris sent out rally invites, the invitations were nontransferrable, which meant the attendees had to show their IDs to prove they were the person the invite was sent to.
Needless to say, GOP operatives jumped all over this.
Actor Kevin Sorbo wrote, “Voter ID is racist, but you can’t get into a Kamala rally without ID.”
Another user added, “So let me get this straight: Requiring ID to vote is racist… But requiring ID to attend a Kamala Harris ‘rally’ is NOT racist?”
You have to love the excuses Democrats use to block voter ID laws while the hypocrisy drips from their faces like maple syrup.
Do as I say, not as I do… words that Democrats live by.
