U.S. special presidential climate envoy John Kerry just sold out Joe Biden in the worst way.
Ever since the Inflation Reduction Act came across Biden’s desk, he has been touting it as a way to reduce inflation.
Kerry was asked about the bill and admitted it has almost nothing to do with inflation.
Gave Up the Tapes
While speaking at the International Energy Agency’s Global Clean Energy Action Forum, Kerry gave it all up.
He called the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) “a completely misnamed piece of legislation.”
Kerry continued, “We’re running around saying, ‘I support the IRA.
“That’s tricky in politics, but here we are.
“And I’m not sure how much it has to do with inflation, but that’s OK.”
It is not okay, because your boss has been lying to the American people about it ever since he signed it.
I would imagine a few White House reporters will have that locked and loaded for their next briefing with Karine Jean-Pierre.
