Is Joe Biden going to run?
That decision, as most of us know, will be made by Jill Biden, who some say is the real shot caller in this administration.
There had been reports that Jill was going to recommend that Joe sit out the next election.
Those reports have now changed after a better-than-expected mid-term election.
CNN is now reporting that Jill Biden is “all in” on a second term by Joe.
Do It Again
The Biden family is supposed to be discussing the plans to run again over the Christmas holiday.
However, it is probably Jill that will have the biggest say in all of this.
Jill was reportedly leaning against another run, but when Democrats held the Senate and barely lost the House, it apparently changed her mind.
An adviser close to Jill Biden stated that the decision has already been made and Joe will be running, adding, “Dr. Biden and the family fully support.”
Most Americans were hoping for fresh blood, with Biden significantly underwater in terms of people supporting him running for re-election, and those numbers go right across the aisle.
Biden has grown tired of hearing about his age, reportedly recently snapping at a friend, “You think I don’t know how f—ing old I am?”
A formal announcement is expected after the new year.
