Jaguar Blasted Over Ad Featuring Crossdressers, No Cars

Jaguar Pulls a Bud Light, Instant Backlash from Consumers

The luxury car company Jaguar is being ruthlessly mocked on social media after posting a ridiculously woke ad featuring crossdressers, while not showing a single car in the commercial that was supposed be advertising the car company.

The Jaguar commercial is being dubbed “Bud Light 2.0,” as it depicted bizarre androgynous individuals wearing ridiculous outfits that wouldn’t even fit in at a modern fashion show. There was not a single vehicle in the ad.

There was also a man in a dress in the ad, and the messaging made little to no sense — including the phrases: “create exuberant,” “live vivid,” “delete ordinary,” and “break moulds.”

Social media users were quick to ridicule the luxury car company, with X owner Elon Musk even chiming in to ask if the company still sold cars.

“Do you sell cars?” he wrote, prompting a bizarre response from Jaguar that read: “Yes. We’d love to show you. Join us for a cuppa in Miami on 2nd December? Warmest regards, Jaguar.”

“Go woke go broke,” one user responded, prompting yet another bizarre response from the company, which read: “Go hard.”

Nick Freitas, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, also brought up the similarities between the ad and the Bud Light fiasco, which caused arguably the most successful conservative boycott in history.

“Well…we know where the advertising team for Bud Light went,” he quipped.

Another user highlighted just how far Jaguar has fallen, pointing out that 10 years ago Jaguars were “badass muscle cars for villains,” but today their message is “Yass queen gay race communism.”

“This is so the wrong timing for this. I can understand the C-suite being conned into this in 2022, but they have completely misread the moment. Bud Light 2.0,” columnist Jon Gabriel wrote, referring to the widespread belief among conservatives that President-elect Donald Trump’s landslide election victory was a message that the era of wokeness was coming to an end.

Another user highlighted a recent speech from the new head of brand strategy at Jaguar. In the speech, the obviously-gay man embarks on a “word salad” speech about how “inclusive” and “diverse” the company is.

“This is the new head of brand strategy at Jaguar. Not looking good for them at all,” another X user remarked.
