For months, Special Counsel Jack Smith has been under fire for his handling of the classified documents case against President Trump.

It appears that his time in the spotlight may be coming to a close as he just recently revealed that the grand jury hearing evidence in this case has ended.

This is a huge win for Republicans and President Trump!

Throughout Trump’s classified documents case, Smith used a DC grand jury and radical Marxist Obama-appointed judge Beryl Howell.

From the beginning, she ruled against Trump at every turn.

She even issued an order for Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before a grand jury in Smith’s investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.

This obliterated any attorney client privilege between them since it flipped Corcoran into a witness instead of counsel.

Earlier this month, Judge Aileen Cannon blasted Jack Smith for operating a secret out-of-district grand jury when he suddenly empaneled one in Miami to indict President Trump on 37 federal counts back in June.

He also added 3 additional charges last month related to security footage from Mar-a-Lago being deleted – with Walt Nauta indicted as well as part of the conspiracy.

Judge Cannon demanded that Smith explain “the legal propriety of using an out-of district grand jury proceeding” which is actually against DOJ rules due to criminal cases needing to stay within their respective districts where they occurred.

Less than two weeks later, Smith announced that his DC Grand Jury had officially come to an end.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Judge Aileen Cannon put Special Counsel Jack Smith on blast either.

In June she denied his motion to keep a list of 84 potential witnesses under seal saying he failed to explain why it was necessary or why communication needed to be blocked between those witnesses and Donald trump or co conspirator Walt Nauta.

Clearly she wasn’t afraid of holding him accountable no matter how powerful he might have thought he was.
