Joe Biden has finally come to his senses regarding the $6 billion in Iranian funds.

Last month, as part of a prisoner swap, Biden agreed to have South Korea free up $6 billion in frozen assets and have the money transferred to a Qatar bank.

According to new reports, the Biden administration has made a “quiet” deal with Qatar to lock down the money again.

Honestly, this should have been done as soon as the first Hamas missile hit Israel.

This was Biden’s chance to be strong, but he once again showed that he feared Iran.

Republicans and some Democrats have been pushing back on this, demanding the funds be frozen.

While the administration has been publicly denying it, reports are surfacing that a deal was made between the United States and Qatar to block Iran from accessing the funds.

Fox News reported, “A source present in the room told Fox News Digital that Adeyemo told congressional Democrats in that meeting that the U.S. has reached ‘quiet understanding’ with Qatar not to move the $6 billion in funding.”

When spokesman John Kirby was again asked about it, all he would say is that the money has not yet been accessed and every penny of the money remains in the bank.

I just don’t get why it is so hard for them to admit that Iran was more than likely going to use this money to help fund Hamas.

It should be concerning to every American that Biden is more worried about protecting Iran’s reputation than he is about protecting Israel.
