Hunter Biden

Hunter Biden Hail Mary FAILURE, Supreme Court Shuts Him Down

There were some cases before the Supreme Court this term that could have helped Hunter Biden.

However, Hunter just found out that what some legal experts were calling a Hail Mary defense by this team, is all out of luck.

The ruling in the United States v. Rahimi case puts Hunter Biden’s guilty verdict one step closer to being the final verdict.

Beat It on Appeal

Depending on how some of these cases panned out, Hunter was clearly going to appeal or ask for a new trial.

His legal team will still pursue the motion (in fact, they have already requested a new trial), but there is no legal precedent, at least from what I can see, that would favor Hunter in overturning this verdict.

Jonathan Turley, a legal expert and Fox News contributor, explained how the ruling, in that case, hurts, not helps, Hunter Biden’s appeal.

Turley explained, “The Court found the federal statutes imposing a reasonable temporary limitation on this right.

“Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote that ‘an individual found by a court to pose a credible threat to the physical safety of another may be temporarily disarmed consistent with the Second Amendment.’”

The biggest point he highlighted in that decision was the temporary status of the Second Amendment right suspension.

Since Hunter was clearly using at the time he purchased the weapon, his defense’s argument is shredded.

Most people expected the court to fall in favor of Rahimi in that case because it was centered around Second Amendment rights, but the decision fell 8-1 against.

Turley commented on that as well, stating, “Instead, the Court rendered a reasonable, balanced accommodation for public safety under the Second Amendment. It is not clear who is more disappointed: Hunter or the Court critics.”

I don’t care what Democrats say about this court, I think it is the best mix of justices we have had in quite some time.

I am not saying I like or support all their decisions, but I believe they are fair, and each justice votes according to how they truly believe the law should be interpreted in these cases.

A decision like this just shatters the Democrat narrative that the court is conservative-biased.
