How Democrats Just Allowed This Man to Do these Unthinkable Actions

Unthinkable

On Wednesday, 38 year old Brandon Elliot was arrested for an unthinkable attack on a 65 year old Asian woman on the West Side of Manhattan in Hell’s Kitchen. Footage of the hideous attack was captured on surveillance and disturbingly, neither the two building security guards nor witnesses intervened. Mayor Bill de Blasio said it was “absolutely unacceptable” that none of the witnesses or security guards stepped in to stop the “absolutely disgusting and outrageous” attack.

“I don’t care who you are, I don’t care what you do, you’ve got to help your fellow New Yorker,” de Blasio said Tuesday during a news conference. “This is something where we all have to be part of the solution.”

Democrats Irresponsible Policies Created This Situation

NBC News has revealed that beyond all reason, Mr. Elliot was already on a lifetime parole for murdering his own Mother in 2002.

The New York Times reported,

“Mr. Elliot fatally stabbed his mother in front of his 5-year-old sister in the Bronx in 2002 and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder the following year, said Patrice O’Shaughnessy, a spokeswoman for the Bronx district attorney.

According to news reports, Mr. Elliot, who was then 19, stabbed his mother in the chest three times. He was sentenced to a minimum of 15 years to life in prison and was released on lifetime parole in November 2019, after he had served 16 years and had two previous parole applications denied, according to officials and state corrections records.”

Police commissioner, Dermot F. Shea suggested in a press conference that a lack of resources in the city’s shelter and insufficient social services may have played a role in the attack.

Shea seemed to take issue with release and parole policies spearheaded by New York Democrats that are forcing prisons to release hardened criminals to ease overcrowding only for psychologically unstable and/or drug addicted criminals to find a total lack of support and re-offend. Its unthinkable, it was disturbing and it was completely preventable.

“I don’t understand why we are releasing or pushing people out of prison not to give them second chances, but to put them into homeless facilities or shelters — or in this case a hotel — and expect good outcomes,” he said at the news conference.

More Information About The Unthinkable Attack

According to a Press Release from Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance, Jr., Elliot is “charged with two counts of Assault in the Second Degree as a Hate Crime, and one count of Attempted Assault in the First Degree as a Hate Crime, for brutally assaulting a 65-year-old woman of Filipino descent in Midtown on March 29, 2021, while making anti-Asian statements.”

The DA described the attack,

“ELLIOT approached a 65-year-old woman of Filipino descent on the sidewalk of West 43rd Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. ELLIOT stated, in substance, “F— you, you don’t belong here, you Asian,” followed by something the woman could not hear. ELLIOT kicked the woman in the torso, knocking her to the ground, and proceeded to repeatedly kick and stomp on her head and body. The woman was taken to a hospital, where she was diagnosed with a fractured pelvis, forehead contusions, and contusions across her body.”
