High School Principal Busted in Disgusting Act!

Two high school principals in Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware “allegedly used a security camera image of a student’s breast to create a meme they shared with other staff members.” She’s 18 now but it isn’t clear if she was a minor at the time. Either way, it’s something close to kiddie porn.

Breast flash goes viral

Using “a security camera image” of a female student’s breast “to create a meme they shared with other staff members,” is something even liberal indoctrinators consider going to far. Most of them.

The family of High School student Aniya Harmon is suing Sussex Central High School principal Bradley Layfield and assistant principal Matthew Jones for doing exactly that. They can act like it was just for fun but they knew it was an explicit image of a student on their campus.

I’m still upset, I’m hurt, disappointed,” Aniya relates. Pasting a sticker with Janet Jackson’s face over hers doesn’t make it alright.

The lawyers allege that choice was “an apparent reference to an infamous 2004 Super Bowl incident in which Justin Timberlake exposed the singer’s breast during the halftime show.

The incident which the image was grabbed from happened in May. Ms. Harmon “witnessed two students, one boy and one girl, arguing in the hallway.” Harmon “confronted the apparently irate girl involved in the altercation.

That’s when “other student ‘attacked’ Harmon.” The cat-fight didn’t last long before a “school employee then stepped in and pulled Harmon away from the altercation.” That’s when her breast was flashed at the security camera.

Made into a meme

When Ms. Harmon learned that “an image of her exposed breast had been made into a meme and shared with staff members” she became justifiably irate. When her lawyers started digging into it they learned that “at least six other people had access to the image.

They certainly made no attempt to blur the image. It’s a sad day when the Principal and assistant run around acting more juvenile than their students. It doesn’t set a very good example.

Emeka Igwe, Ms. Harmon’s attorney, explained that the lawsuit “alleges invasion of privacy, civil conspiracy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” It’s not clear if authorities will file criminal charges separately for the dissemination of explicit images of a potential minor’s breast taken from security camera footage.

The school may have the legal right to capture the image as part of general surveillance but the dirty minded administrators had no legal right to circulate it.

By the fourth day following the fight, half the school was snickering about the meme being shown around surreptitiously in quick glimpses. One can imagine the “hey, wanna see Aniya’s boob?” whispers in the faculty lounge between classes.

Aniya’s mom learned her daughter’s breast was making rounds of the staff when the assistant superintendent called her eight days later. She was asked to schedule a meeting but wasn’t told why. “By that time, both Layfield and Jones had been placed on administrative leave.” It’s a good thing they were safely out of the building because she would have ripped them limb from limb.
