Hey Omar, Some People Just Did Something

Ilhan Omar, the liberal lawmaker who takes brotherly love to outrageous heights, will never live down one of her particularly offensive social media posts. Conservatives can’t resist karmically grinding it in either. “Hey, Omar,” they taunt, “some people just did something.” Something which has the Ayatollah hopping mad. Israel sabotaged Iran’s nuclear program hard enough to knock it offline for almost a year.

Some people attacked Iran

It doesn’t look like Joe Biden will order the palace to get those pallets of cash ready for delivery to Iran anytime soon. Saturday was National Nuclear Technology Day in Iran. Officials were bragging to the people about the capacity of their new centrifuges “which expedite the process needed to create nuclear weapons.” They shouldn’t have said that.

On Sunday, a cyberattack was “allegedly” conducted by Israel’s Mossad on Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility so “severe” that “the facility might not be able to continue enriching uranium until next year.” Also, there’s nothing “alleged” about it. Heck yes we did it, Israel admits, somebody had to. Obviously Quid-Pro Joe won’t lift a finger. Last week, rumors were swirling that “Biden was going to lift sanctions on Iran.”

“Two intelligence officials briefed on the damage” explain it was “caused by a large explosion that completely destroyed the independent — and heavily protected — internal power system that supplies the underground centrifuges that enrich uranium.”

The insiders leaked like a sieve to people at the New York Times, telling them that the “classified Israeli operation” dealt “a severe blow to Iran’s ability to enrich uranium and that it could take at least nine months to restore Natanz’s production.”

The timing isn’t great for the Imperial Palace, people on the Biden team were all set to ink a new nuclear deal with the Ayatollah. “Top former officials” warn that “acts of desperation” like Biden planned “will give up America’s leverage on Iran.”

Trump was so concerned about Biden’s weakness he was ready to launch an airstrike “in an attempt to prevent Biden from going back to the Iran nuclear deal.” He settled for working with the Israelis to whack the top nuclear scientist.

Encouraging nuclear blackmail

The Biden policy of appeasement wasn’t going over well with eggheads at the big think-tanks. When Rebeccah Heinrichs got wind that the palace was going to lift Iranian sanctions, the Hudson Institute Senior Fellow told Daily Wire that such a move is a total waste.

The people who make policy will never stand for it. “Undoing the strategy that was working in the Middle East, and giving Iran what it wants, encourages nuclear blackmail, hostage taking, and terrorism against US bases. What a waste of our leverage.”

She didn’t like the big picture at all. “If this is a preview of the larger Biden Mid East strategy, and it is, forget more normalization agreements between Arab states and Israel.

People need to realize that the Ayatollah is not our friend. “Correctly identifying Iran as the primary source of instability and treating it as such was the bedrock of that success.”

If the U.S. won’t stand up to the obligations to the rest of the free world, Israel is ready to go it alone. According to Andrea Stricker, who is a Research Fellow at Foundation for Defense of Democracies, this is the proof. “Israel has shown once again that it will preserve its own security by carrying out acts of sabotage against Iran’s nuclear program.” They have the people to do it too. “It is cleverly using limited attacks against key facilities rather than the large-scale airstrikes that governments have previously debated.”

“The damage may limit for months to come Iran’s ability to fully deploy its tactic of nuclear extortion using the Natanz enrichment plant.” Sleepy Joe better wake up before it’s too late. “The Biden administration needs to come to its senses about re-entering the 2015 nuclear deal and delivering massive sanctions relief to the world’s leading state sponsor of terror.” Biden must “realize that these sabotage incidents and other acts to confront Iran will only become more frequent if the U.S. appears poised to release Iran from sanctions.”
