Hegseth: Those Who Don’t Follow Orders Will Find The Door

Hegseth Drops the Bomb With Announcement

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has confirmed that those at the Pentagon who refuse to follow orders “will find the door” — refuting the left’s claims that President Donald Trump has a “list” of people that he is seeking to fire.

The defense secretary made the comments during a “Fox News Sunday” interview on February 23, when host Shannon Bream asked him about the supposed “list.”

“There’s no list, Shannon. I’ve heard that. I’ve seen that very rumor,” Hegseth replied.

He went on to note that, even though no list exists, the Trump administration is watching military leadership — and as the commander in chief, he will take action if they do not follow orders.

“Although, we have a very keen eye toward military leadership and their willingness to follow lawful orders,” Hegseth added.

The defense secretary also pointed out that the military was willing to follow former President Joe Biden’s orders, even the “really bad” ones.

“This is all about defending the Constitution,” Hegseth said. “Joe Biden gave lawful orders. A lot of them are really bad. And it’s unfortunate how they eroded our military. Ideological COVID mandates.”

He then issued a warning for the Pentagon — advising them to follow Trump’s “lawful orders” or face the repercussions.

“President Trump has given another set of lawful orders. And they will be followed,” Hegseth said. “If they’re not followed — and all these orders are in keeping with the Constitution and norms inside the military — If they’re not followed, then those officers will find the door.”

“And that’s not a tough calculation. We feel really good about the direction the Pentagon is headed under President Trump,” he added.

Hegseth concluded by highlighting his priorities as defense secretary: bringing the military back to focusing on being warfighters and being accountable.

“We’re going to focus on warfighting and lethality and accountability. And be the most transparent Pentagon that folks have seen in a long time, which is why I explain these things on a regular basis,” he concluded.

This news comes after Trump fired the woke Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Charles “CQ” Brown, and replaced him with Air Force Lt. Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine.
