Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) barely got by Blake Masters in the most recent election.
He won by only a few points even though Masters had very little financial support.
One of the key issues was immigration, and Kelly appears to have learned his lesson.
Now he is calling out the Biden administration and his party for its lack of understanding of the situation.
They Don’t Get It
Kelly got destroyed by Masters during their one and only debate, but money talks during the election season, and Masters had very little of it.
He knows voters want this immigration problem dealt with, so he has to call out Biden, even though he also took a small shot at Republicans in the process.
When asked if his party fully understands the situation at the border, he stated, “Absolutely not. Not even close.
“When I first got to Washington, it didn’t take me long to realize that there are a lot of Democrats who don’t understand our southern border and a lot of Republicans who just want to talk about it.
“Don’t necessarily want to do anything about it, just want to use it politically.”
Oh, by the way, Senator Kelly, Republicans can only talk about it right now because your party holds all the power.
That changes in little more than a month, so let’s see how the Democrat-controlled Senate reacts to the flood of legislation that is undoubtedly headed their way.
