The authoritarian government of Justin Trudeau’s Canada has decreed that all travelers entering the land of the North with the exception of those coming from the US must be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival in the nation and subject to segregation until results are in, EVEN IF THEY’VE BEEN JABBED. This latest move is yet another knee-jerk reaction to the panic surrounding the newly identified Omicron variant of COVID. In addition, authorities in Ottowa have expanded their border closure to now include segregation against foreign nationals who have traveled through Egypt, Malawi, and Nigeria, in addition to the seven southeast African nations already announced. (South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Namibia, and eSwatini.) All Canadians who traveled through those ten countries are subjected to mandatory quarantine.
According to The Globe and Mail,
“Travellers who choose to leave the country should be aware that COVID-19 protection measures could change at any moment, Transport Minister Omar Alghabra said at a briefing Tuesday.
That could also lead to delays at the border, said Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino.
“Our border service officers will never compromise the health and safety of Canadians for the sake of border wait times,” Mendicino said.”
In simpler speak: if Canadians choose to leave their country there is no certainty of how or even possibly… if… they will be allowed to return to their homes and families.
Canadian Black Advocacy Groups Ignore Actual Segregation
Just weeks ago, the Canadian Black Advocacy Coalition DEMANDED that a Yellowknife city councillor Niels Konge publicly debase himself in apology and approbation for daring to compare vaccine mandates in public facilities to the racial segregation of black people (an extremely apt historical comparison that many have shared)
“The comparison between a century of racial segregation and a vaccine policy that would temporarily exclude unvaccinated individuals from community facilities is inaccurate, misinformed, and tone-deaf,” they said in a press release. But for all of their accusations of tone-deafness, they seem to have developed their own notable issue: muteness. In the days since this ACTUAL SEGREGATION of Canadians and African nationals, the BACupNorth group as they call themselves have been stunningly silent.
