The zombie infestation is so bad in Democrat run San Francisco that the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building has been declared unsafe for federal workers. As Joe Biden urges all government officials to get their butts back to the office, since the COVID emergency is over, the Department of Health and Human Services sent out a memo to staff saying not them. They’re all advised to avoid the office “for the foreseeable future.”
Building infested by zombies
As a direct result of the social justice policies they’ve been experimenting with, the Nancy Pelosi Federal Building in San Francisco is being abandoned to the zombies. The regional headquarters office for the Department of Health and Human Services is unsafe for humans and out of service.
Nancy still staffs an office there with five brave bureaucrats, but makes certain they get heavy security in and out. Everyone else is working from home.
“In light of the conditions” at the Federal Building, HHS Assistant Secretary for Administration Cheryl Campbell wrote on August 4, “we recommend employees maximize the use of telework for the foreseeable future.”

By “maximize” she means if you’re still working from the office you’re suicidal and they won’t guarantee employee safety if you’re stubborn enough to show up in the war zone. The “conditions” Campbell is referring to are the open air drug market operating in the lobby and spilling out into the streets for a surrounding block.
Because they’re liberals and don’t consider armed robbery a crime when it’s done to support a drug habit, and don’t consider open drug sales and use to be crimes either, they’ve surrendered the entire building to the zombies.
As retailers and office workers reach the same conclusions regarding the safety of their own employees, they’re pulling out. Taking their tax revenue with them and leaving nothing but a street lined with abandoned high rise buildings, crawling with zombies.
Avoid the whole area
Campbell made sure to note “that the recommendation should be extended to building employees who do not currently use work-from-home options.” The memo only affects DHHS staff and it’s not clear if other agencies that call the landmark home “were also advised to avoid the area.”
The 18 story tower with Nancy Pelosi’s name on it also houses the Department of Labor and Department of Transportation.
New York Post writes that “workers in general located in the drug and crime plagued city of San Francisco area have been advised to work from home indefinitely.” Nancy Pelosi seems to be the last holdout, determined to go down with the building.

She’s made it crystal clear that she “has not advised her five employees to work from home.” Instead she’s “working closely with local and federal law enforcement to keep her staff safe.” They get picked up and delivered by a Brink’s truck and a SWAT team.
Nancy did happen to “raise concerns about building tenant safety during a meeting with the U.S. attorney for the northern district of California.” Federal, state and local law enforcement don’t want to admit they lost the war. They swear up and down that they’re teaming up with “public health officials and stakeholders.”
That pushes the blame away from them. They’re also allegedly “working hard to address the acute crises of fentanyl trafficking and related violence in certain areas of the city.” No matter how hard they claim to be working, it doesn’t help one bit. They’ll just hand one building after another over to the zombies.
