This week, part of Biden’s border plan was revealed.
When this plan was first discovered, which was about a month ago, the mainstream media completely ignored it.
Thank God for Governor DeSantis and his Attorney General for saving the day.
No Court Date
Attorney General Moody sued the Biden administration after a memo from Border Chief Ortiz was revealed during depositions.
Ortiz had a memo that called for releasing migrants without having an immigration court date set.
They would, in essence, be on their own to contact the government and set their own date.
This comes amid the administration blatantly lying about how many migrants have been deported.
ICE reported less than 250,000 expulsions last year, so the numbers are way off from what this administration is claiming.
Oh, and get this, for the migrants that are getting court dates, some of them have dates as far in advance as 2035, which is a complete and utter joke.
I cannot help but wonder why Biden did not go into overdrive to add more immigration judges to speed up this process.
Could it be that he wants these people to set down roots to make it more difficult to deport them?
Joe would not do that, would he?
