The hits just keep coming for the FBI.
Reports broke this week via the Twitter files release that the FBI was actually paying Twitter.
Essentially, our tax dollars were being used to censor Americans.
The Payoff
The FBI reportedly paid Twitter more than $3.4 million for censoring content.
Among the email that were dropped was communications between an unnamed Twitter employee and then-deputy general counsel Jim Baker and then-general counsel Sean Edgett.
The email stated that “we have collected $3,415,323 since October 2019!”
This was reportedly part of a reimbursement plan by the FBI.
Additionally, the emails show that the FBI was putting significant pressure on Twitter to show foreign influence connections.
Twitter could not find them, and one of the journalists reviewing the data from Twitter noted, “Time and again, FBI asks Twitter for evidence of foreign influence & Twitter responds that they aren’t finding anything worth reporting.”
Remember, while the FBI was doing all of this, they had a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop in their offices, but they refused to investigate it.
This is some real deep state sh**.
