Did the FBI violate our Constitution with its Twitter actions?
That is a question a lot of legal minds are trying to work through right now.
There is a lot to unwrap here, but the FBI may have walked over a line when it got involved with social media outlets and censoring content.
The Big Question
If the data drop from the Twitter files are accurate, members of the FBI were meeting with Twitter officials on a regular basis.
This was more or less a pow-wow to decide what content was going to be censored.
At the heart of this story is the Hunter Biden laptop, which FBI officials allegedly told Twitter officials could be Russian misinformation.
The FBI has a very large problem here in that while it was telling social media outlets that the story “might” be Russian misinformation and the result of a hack, it has a copy of the laptop hard drive in its possession.
It would have taken FBI forensics experts no time at all to validate or invalidate that content.
Whistleblowers, however, have already come forward stating that they were told not to touch the laptop.
It would be very easy to spin a story that certain higherups in the FBI were worried the information on the laptop was true, so they purposely chose not to examine it for fear of having to go after Hunter Biden and/or confirm the data.
Karine Jean-Pierre recently stated that these outlets are independent and make their own decisions, but that is not what Jen Psaki stated at the time…
🚨🚨: Jen Psaki says the Biden administration is actively flagging what they deem "disinformation" about the pandemic to Facebook for censoring.

This one goes deep, and we have to hope that once Republicans get the House, maybe they will finally be able to get to the bottom of this mess.
