DHS Identifies ‘Criminal Leakers’

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem has announced that two leakers have been identified and are going to face prison time for exposing federal law enforcement’s raid and deportation plans.

Noem made the announcement in a video posted to X on the afternoon of March 7, where she vowed that the DHS would be doing “all that we can to keep America safe.”

“We have identified two leakers of information here at the Department of Homeland Security who have been telling individuals about our operations and putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy,” Noem said in the video message. “We plan to prosecute these two individuals and hold them accountable for what they’ve done. We’re going to continue to do all that we can to keep America safe.”

The DHS Secretary noted in the post’s caption that her department is already preparing to refer these two criminal leakers to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for prosecution, where they will be facing up to 10 years in prison for their crimes.

“We have identified criminal leakers within @DHSGov and are preparing to refer these perpetrators to the @DOJ for felony prosecutions. These individuals face up to 10 years in federal prison,” Noem wrote. “We will find and root out all leakers. They will face prison time & we will get justice for the American people.”

These leakers were responsible for exposing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids to the news outlet Migrant Insider and the pro-illegal alien group Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid just before the raids took place, allowing illegal aliens to either flee before they could be apprehended or even possibly plan to harm ICE agents and other law enforcement that participates in the raids.

After the leaks were uncovered, one ICE official told Fox News that these leaks could easily lead to the death of an ICE agent.

While it is unclear whether any illegals were able to escape before the raid took place, Noem did say at the time of the leak that the raid was successful — as ICE agents captured members of the MS-13 gang and 18th Street gang, as well as illegal aliens who had committed sex crimes.

“We will not be deterred by leaks,” Noem vowed in an X post on March 5. “If you come to this country and break our laws, we will hunt you down. Successful enforcement operation this morning—getting MS-13 members, 18th Street gang members and perpetrators of sexual crimes off our streets.”

Soon after the information was leaked, Migrant Insider editor Pablo Manriquez tweeted: “Judicial warrants mean ICE can go into your homes, so plan accordingly.”

In what should be deemed a crime, Manriquez also warned illegal aliens about where ICE agents had been spotted, including the Virginia towns of Manassas, Rosslyn, Arlington, Ballston, and more.

“We break immigration news all the time. We follow this topic very closely and haven’t seen any reports of ICE being harmed,” he claimed in a statement to Fox News.
