It would appear that Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is now doing some of Donald Trump’s bidding.
Graham went after DeSantis for his recent comments on Ukraine.
It is pretty amusing, actually, that Graham is still sucking up to Trump after all the things that Trump has said about him.
Interpretation
Everyone is saying that DeSantis will be weak on Russia, but that was not what I read.
DeSantis wants accountability for the aid that has been sent to Ukraine.
Right now, we don’t have a single receipt for a single item.
Considering the American taxpayer is footing this bill, we deserve a ledger on this.
Even so, Graham has clearly aligned himself completely behind Donald Trump, accusing DeSantis of echoing Chinese talking points.
He stated, “Governor DeSantis, who I respect, is basically taking the Chinese position when it comes to Russia’s invasion.
“China calls this a territorial dispute.
“This is not a territorial dispute.
“This is an invasion of a sovereign democracy by [Vladimir Putin’s] Russia, barbaric in nature.”
It’s game on, folks.
